Deep induction makes the difference in soldering. The uncontrollable surface temperatures and the complications of mixed joints that make soldering with normal induction and the flame
with normal induction and the flame are suddenly a thing of the past.

Perfect solder joints – everywhere and not that difficult!
Word has got around that even the most demanding mixed brazed joints can be easily achieved with deep induction and that the V4L is the tool of choice for this. Even the first applications on the robot have been successfully implemented.
But then it was the second half of the many visitors to our Chillventa stand in 2022 who said “Great, but not for us!” with a disappointed expression, as their job involves installation on construction sites and at lofty heights. Not really practicable with a compact device like the V4L or the V43The solution: “Deep induction in a rucksack”.
A 16 A socket and either a water tap with tap-off or a cooling water circulation system and you’re ready to go.
Together with phosphorus solder rings for simple copper-copper connections or the high silver content cored wire solder rings, you then have the prerequisites for soldering as a craft, which is no longer so difficult to master – future-proof.
