Open nuts WITHOUT GLUES

“Everything that glows shrinks” should be written meters high on the wall!

If you try to open a rusted nut with the burner by heating it up to the glowing area, you will find that it comes loose, but you have to be extremely quick. As soon as the temperature has cooled down from the glowing area, nothing works anymore. And it may well be that nothing works at all after multiple glowing!

You automatically assume that the thread has seized up. Wrong! You only have a classic case of compression due to prevented expansion. If you now apply the heating with the massive power density and effective depth of the Alesco device in such a way that annealing does NOT occur, you will discover something astonishing: The rust is simply destroyed by the sudden heating to around 300°C. The nut runs smoothly after overcoming this. After overcoming the tightening torque, the nut runs very easily, even after it has cooled down!
