Alesco A80 and VQClean 100: Dream team for the locksmith's workshop

Stainless steel railings first straightened without damage in no time at all, then polished to a bright finish with little effort!

The portable A80 induction device, which can be operated from any normal light current socket, has been around for a whole year now. Until now, it was always a little unclear what to recommend it for. The A800i(PLUS) is certainly better suited to the automotive workshop sector – for industrial applications it lacks both power and stability (cooling).

A tailor-made application, however, is the straightening of thin-walled stainless steel tube profiles, such as those used in the construction of stair railings. Due to the poor thermal conductivity of the material, the A80 as a semi-resonance induction unit copes very well with the straightening task. Of course, this application can also be used on galvanized pipe profiles with wall thicknesses of less than 2 mm.

The VQClean 100 is recommended for removing tarnish from stainless steel.
